Performance space and peoples theatre for children and the local community
Extensive student housing project in Cambridge
Housing for LandSecurities
Refurbishment of the cinema, including new bar and 32 seat screening room within the lower ground floor. The next phase includes a new bar and upgrade at ground level and visioning for the lost space above the current 1930’s screen within the lost dome space of the original empire theatre.
Community and Civic centre for Westminster council, on Lisson Grove as part of the Church Street regeneration programme
Later living housing for over 55’s in the heart of Westminster, for Central and Cecil.
The National Rehabilitation Centre is the first of its kind in the United Kingdom and is a collaboration between the NHS and the Duke of Westminster on the Stanford Hall Estate. Please refer to my article on Healing Architecture for more information

Ventilation shafts across three separate locations along the new Kowloon bypass with buildings including office accommodation, freely accessible public gardens and landscape amenity.
Care and Later Living housing
New Eco Village adjacent to Ostend airport, includes new technical university campus, residential and offices and a drone landing strip. The project also includes a kilometre long vertical garden to oxygenate and filter external air using plants. The clean filtered and oxygenated air is pumped into each of the buildings to provide a healthy place to learn, live and work.
